Delivery - Choose between Royal Mail and Evris.
Price ranges from £3.39-£7.59 depending who you choose. These prices are accurate up to date prices on the Royal Mail/Evris website

For delicate/personalised items I would suggest Royal Mail. If you do choose evris for these items please note that if a item arrives damaged that’s on you and nothing can be done.

Timeframe - Delivery time frame for personalised items is up to 4 weeks (can be a lot sooner dependant on how many orders I have) everything else is as early as 7 days up to 2 weeks

Refunds/exchanges - NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON PERSONALISED ITEMS . NON-REFUNDABLE , NON EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS EXCLUDED IN THE NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-EXCHANGEBALE POLICY

When ordering personalised items can you please put exactly how you want it personalised in the personalisation box so if you want shapes etc put that. If you have an example you would like you can send it to me on Facebook or via email - chloesmiscellaneousboutique.shopify@outlook.com . Could you also write in the personalisation box the colour writing you would also like please😊

if you order personalised items and non personalised items on the same order you will have to wait up to 4 weeks to get ALL the items. If you want the non personalised items sooner please do a separate check out for the items.
